Challenge

READY TO SCALE & MAKE WAVES? WE PROVIDE THE DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTION YOU NEED TO BUILD AND GROW YOUR BRAND. THIS GROWTH IS AN ART FORM—SOME MIGHT CALL IT A GROWTH SYSTEM OR FORMULA; TO US, IT’S KNOWN AS THE LABELESS METHOD.

Strategy

We migrated to a flexible platform, redesigned for premium positioning aligned with the existing brand identity, rebuilt the mobile experience, and configured multilingual support for six languages to serve each target market.

Impact

The brand's digital presence now matches the premium positioning built over years of social media work. The team can update content independently, and the multilingual setup supports active expansion across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Introduction

CMECH is a premium door and window hardware company supplying luxury hotels and high-end residential projects worldwide. After five years managing their social media, LABELESS took on a full website redesign — migrating CMECH from a custom React platform to WordPress to support their global expansion.

Why would a B2B hardware brand need to rebuild its entire website?

CMECH's old website ran on custom React JavaScript — think of it like owning a house where every small fix requires calling in a specialist. Adding new products, updating project galleries, or making simple content changes all needed developer involvement. The backend wasn't built for easy management, and that rigidity made implementing any SEO strategy virtually impossible.

CHALLENGE

The bigger issue was that the website no longer matched the brand. LABELESS had spent years refining CMECH's social media into a sleek, dark, premium aesthetic that reflected the five-star hotels and luxury residences they supply. But the website felt like it belonged to a different company.

On top of that, CMECH was expanding fast — moving beyond the US, Australia, Thailand, and Vietnam into new markets like Indonesia, the Middle East, and France. They needed a multilingual website that could serve as a credible digital storefront for international partners.

How do you redesign a website for a brand that's scaling globally?

Having managed CMECH's social media since 2020, LABELESS already had deep knowledge of the brand. The website project was a natural evolution of that partnership.

  • Step 1: Change the foundation. The core recommendation was migrating from React to WordPress — essentially trading a high-maintenance house for a serviced apartment. WordPress gave CMECH's team the power to update content independently, without developer dependency.

  • Step 2: Redesign for premium positioning. The new site was designed to match the sleek, minimal aesthetic already established across CMECH's social channels. Typography, color palette, imagery, and layout were all aligned to reflect the premium quality of their hardware.

  • Step 3: Rebuild the mobile experience. With international buyers browsing from different devices and contexts, navigation, product browsing, and inquiry flows were all streamlined for seamless mobile usability.

  • Step 4: Enable multilingual access. A multilingual plugin was configured to support six languages — English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, French, and Thai — creating a localized experience for each target market.

  • Step 5: Future-proof for SEO. With WordPress as the new backbone, CMECH's site is now structured to support SEO campaigns for the first time — clean URLs, proper metadata, and manageable content architecture.

What does a better website actually change for a B2B brand?

The new website positions CMECH as the premium, global brand their partners expect. Their team can now update products and content independently. The multilingual setup supports active expansion across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe. And for the first time, the brand's digital presence matches the premium positioning built across their social media over the past five years.

This project reflects what a long-term agency partnership can achieve — what started as social media management in 2020 evolved into a comprehensive digital transformation, built on years of trust.

KEY LESSONS & FAQ
  • What can other B2B brands learn from this? Your website platform matters as much as its design — if your team can't update content without a developer, the foundation needs to change. Your website should evolve with your brand, because when there's a gap between your social presence and your site, potential partners notice. And for any B2B brand going global, multilingual isn't optional — it signals commitment to the markets you're entering.

  • Why migrate from React to WordPress? Custom React sites require developer involvement for every update. WordPress lets internal teams manage content independently — reducing costs and speeding up time-to-publish.

  • How important is website design for B2B brands? B2B buyers research suppliers online before making contact. A premium website builds credibility — especially for brands supplying luxury hospitality and residential projects.

  • What's the benefit of a multilingual website for B2B expansion? Localized content signals commitment to new markets and removes language barriers for potential partners across different regions.
